With 30 plus years of construction and property management experience as Director at Pennsylvania Department of General Services, Charles brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Charles consistently goes above and beyond and adapts to changing needs, conditions, safety and work responsibilities. He follows and implements SWC quality standards and ensures the safety and security of the construction site. Charles coordinates with SWC’s Project Managers to execute project scopes of work, while coordinating field conflicts with other sub-contractors working in the same space. He supervises all on-site construction, resolves day to day construction issues, performs inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

In his free time Charles loves to spend quality time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
