Courtney is responsible for oversight of daily office operations and supports project administration activities. She plays a key role in coordinating across multiple departments, including marketing, estimating, accounting, and project management, while ensuring smooth internal operations and exceptional client-facing interactions.

She brings over 15 years of experience in construction project administration and management. Courtney has successfully coordinated the details for multiple large-scale projects and acted as a liaison between owners, project staff, and the field team to bring a level of trust and support to her customers.
