Construction Management, including Design-Build, Pre-Construction, and Construction services for a new 19,000 SF two-story outpatient health care facility. The two-story structure has 9,000 SF of space on the 1st floor and 10.000 SF on the 2nd floor. Construction consists of a steel building frame with exterior metal wall panel cladding and aluminum storefront window systems. The SWC team worked closely with prime contractors and subcontractors to provide cost savings through the use of alternate materials that were equal to the materials proposed in the design. Our expertise demonstrated throughout the construction process, delivered a project that met the community’s needs and included the necessary features, while maintaining a cost effective budget.
