Michael is a highly accomplished construction professional with more than 15 years of industry experience. In his role as Director of Operations, Michael will lead our efforts in pursuing new opportunities, supporting business development, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Michael will act as a liaison between the owner, designer team, and construction personnel to manage the day-to-day actions that ensure the planned project meets every expectation. He will work closely with the project management personnel and the on-site team members, to deliver top-notch service and care to our customers, subcontractors, and municipalities as we continue to move the company forward building communities.

Michael began his career with on-the-job training through PA Career Link and has held every job in the field, including laborer, carpenter, concrete finisher, iron worker, heavy equipment operator, and project superintendent. His comprehensive knowledge of the construction process, from the ground up, provides expertise to create a worry-free experience for the project owner.

During his extensive career, Michael has worked on various project types including K-12 and post-secondary educational, parks and recreation, commercial, retail, and institutional. Additionally, Michael has a broad background in heavy civil engineering projects, completing over two dozen bridges throughout the region for multiple public agencies.

Michael understands that field work is only a fraction of the process, so over the past one and half decades, he has spent his free time learning about pre-construction, navigating various construction management software platforms, and building a vast personal network of professionals within the architectural, engineering, and construction community.
