With over 30 years of industry experience, Sonya is committed to developing budgets for proposed projects. She places all purchase orders, attends job conferences, and works with customers and workmen to assure a quality job, on time, and within budget. Sonya has extensive experience with overseeing multi-million-dollar State and Federal infrastructure projects for Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware, as well as private-sector clients. She was involved with multiple sustainable construction and LEED Certified projects. Sonya was on the construction management team for numerous private institutional projects of a multimillion-dollar scale. Sonya is OSHA 30 and ICRA certified. She loves spending time with her grandchildren/family and her dog Elvis. Sonya fosters senior dogs at end of life to give them the love and care they deserve.
