Yelena’s expertise stems from years of Office Manager experience in residential and development real estate. As our Business Manager, Assistant Controller, Human Resource Representative, and a PA Notary Public, Yelena does it all. She spearheads all administrative and business needs to keep our office functional as well as ensure our clients’ needs and expectations are met. She works closely with the CEO, Director of Operations, Project Managers and Superintendents to assist in keeping our construction projects on task.
